FUSHAN SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHED A BRAND-NEW PRODUCT WITH THE MOST COMPLICATED STRUCTURE COMPARED TO ITS OTHER PREVIOUS DEVICES.

Overcoming all the difficulties about time and resources, last Thursday (April 29^th, 2021), Fushan successfully launched a brand-new product with the most complicated structure compared to its other previous devices.

This is a memorable milestone on the development journey of Fushan, all came from the efforts, dedication and high responsibility of all Fushan employees.

Let's look back at some achievements of our Fushan on the journey to this success:

1. Overcoming difficulties in lead time for line setup preparation (receiving product information, transferring technology):

First of all, this is a completely new line setup, with the time to receive information about technology, concept line in mid-January and to start setting mid-February, many teams namely Engineer, Installation, Quality, and Sourcing only have 6 days to finish line design, prepare materials and equipment list, as well as contact to suppliers.

Especially when the setup time was right after Tet Holiday, the Budget was released right on the last working day before Tet holiday, Installation/ Sourcing teams responded promptly based on available resources and supplier relations to be able to complete the setup right after Tet. Although receiving large quantities of materials at the last minute, IQC/ WH / MMO teams still arranged and coordinated well to ensure that there is no shortage of materials for production. All work is tightly coordinated with the highest responsibility to ensure the line with a length of 100m, with a capacity of 200 operators and approximately 60 different types of equipment were run smoothly.

2. Overcoming the difficulty of product complexity when being transferred to the factory for mass production:

Moreover, since the moment of technology adoption, all teams had accelerated research as well as highly focusing on building management systems, optimizing human resources for production and equipment operation, especially in the context of urgent time.

3. Achievements in the Build process:

We are proud to say that this is a project that achieves the entire target of output in terms of each day in build, from the first day to the cutoff build, regardless of the difficulty and complexity of the product, as well as equipment operation. In addition, this is also the first brandnew product/ line setup project with the error rate was reached the target for mass production right after the first week of trial production, while also ensuring the committed delivery deadline with customers.
