Honoring the Nguyen Duc Canh Award- Fushan TU member: Do Thi Nga Ly

The Nguyen Duc Canh Award is selected and awarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor every five years on the occasion of the Vietnam Trade Union’s Founding Day, July 28, of the year of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress and Awarded only once to each winner, along with a diploma, badge, and bonus.

Individuals eligible to be considered for awards are workers who are directly engaged in labor, production, engineers, and technicians directly producing or managing production in enterprises and units belonging to different economic sectors. Trade union organization: Be a trade union member, have worked at an enterprise or unit for five years or more, meet the following criteria: have a Creative Labor Certificate, or scientific research initiatives or topics applied in practice that bring results. high economic and social efficiency; won first, second, and third prizes in skills, expertise, and professional competitions from the provincial, city, and higher levels; has made many contributions in training and fostering to help colleagues improve their professional qualifications and skills; be awarded emulation titles or other forms of commendation at all levels.
