Maintaining a healthy “Work-Life Balance” is one of the priority activities of FTV as it is important for not only Fushanian’s health and relationships but also their performance at work. Therefore, the company always tries to apply “Work-Life Balance” in a much more innovative and creative manner compared to other organizations and factories. There are plenty of pioneering regular initiatives and program activities taking place here in FTV Factory that employees of both direct force (DL) and indirect force (IDL) are proud of.
“Flexible working hour” is a typical example, in FTV an IDL is allowed to finish their work and leave the office every day at 4.30 p.m. which is much more advantageous than any other nation-wide organization office hours. In addition, on every last Friday of the month which we call “Happy Friday” staffs leave the workplace at 4 p.m., this initiative has although just rolled out since April 2018 but is warmly welcomed and has been receiving a great deal of positive feedback from everyone. Besides that, the factory operates 6.5 days a week while the IDL workforce work only from Monday to Friday but they always have a choice of monitoring office jobs from home via remotely connected IT devices & system equipped by the company.
FTV clearly shows its flexibility in Attendance & Absence management by offering 4 extra Paid Sick-Leave days per annum to each worker allowing them to take leave when they do not feel well but cannot manage to obtain hospitalized documents. In addition to this, there are fifteen Annual Leave days per annum for each employee and IDLs are supported to take leave of next coming month quota in advance for specific urgent cases.
Another outstanding policy applying on employees of Fushan Technology is that they are entitled to a full Health Insurance package for themselves as well as their family members (spouses and children). This is an extremely attractive and competitive perk towards any potential DL & IDL employee of FTV and provides enormous caring and security towards existing members, enabling them to willingly make devotion to the company while FTV is taking care of their family members.
