JOB LEVEL: MANAGER

REPORTING TO: HEAD OF ENGINEERING

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work with cross functional & program team and ensure proper execution of NPI builds.
2. Co-ordinate NPI activities right from material procurement, build execution to shipment of samples.
3. Resource management: Proper planning of NPI resource on busy (build) time & disposal during slack (no-build) time
4. Ensure the confidentiality of product at build to avoid all kind of information leakage.
5. Accountable for Facility readiness (based on the product requirement), NPI daily plan creation and support FPM for build execution.
6. Accountable for NPI build cost preparation for each build and its tracking & accounting.
7. Continuous Improvement of NPI process to improve efficiency and effectiveness of builds.
8. Team competency development, efficiency improvement & ensuring collaborative work environment.
9. Participate on Early factory involvement & proactive feedback to FPM and Program to ensure smooth manufacturing.
10. Accountable for knowledge transfer & training to production during PVT build & Product Ramp Up.
11. Support to lead Control run trials, alternate material qualification, Jigs/Fixtures validations, productivity improvement trials and proto builds for R&D.
