With a modern facility and high-quality training team, both direct force (DL) and indirect force (IDL) are given chances to gain more knowledge, to acquire new skills or strengthen the current ones and to collect valuable experiences.
English is the primary language used here in the factory for all work-related discussions, process diagrams, etc. and thus in order to improve and enhance communication skill of employees, HR team has been organizing a range of English classes at different proficiency levels, taught by teachers from highly-qualified Language centers for both Direct and Indirect staff. Moreover, there are plenty of soft skill training at frequent intervals for the Leadership team, for Direct and Indirect labors from different departments, enabling them to intensively develop both working and social skills.
Besides that, there is an exceptional policy that has been carried out here in FTV and within FIH corporation – “Factory exchange training”, which has given employees various opportunities to visit different International corporation units. Facing any kind of new project requirement, staffs will be sponsored by the company to travel at multiple offices around the world, to give training and to be trained without any specific restrictions on company contract or financial binding agreement. This is strongly believed to be innovative and superior to any other practices of other national HR divisions. FTV even apparently demonstrates its flexibility in raising the “Internal job rotation & internal hiring” procedure which creates opportunities for factory staff to learn, grow and conquer new job challenges.
