- Take care performance of 1 Team (group of products) on:

1. Find ways to reduce waste and improve performance, maximize efficiency.

2. Calculate product capacity and ensure the capability to meet the demand.

3. Define production allowance and procedures.

4. Define supporting function process (Material flow and Shipping) to support HW validation and layout, space, installation.

5. HC logic, capacity and efficiency validation for supporting function.

6. Continues productivity and efficiency improvement optimize capacity/ HC /Ergonomic and improve quality.

7. Responsible for assembly line design/configuration and line layout for end-to-end production, including number of people and hardware.

8. Hand time and capacity calculation.

9. Design ergonomic work station and line standardization.

10. Define production processes.

11. Productivity improvements, E2E process optimization: capacity/ HC /Ergonomic and improve quality.

12. MIS and Packaging documentation to define and describe the final assembly and packing process and solution.

13. Sustain & improve main KPIs: Productivity improvement, UPD, LBE, Ergonomic score.

14. Coach and control job of IE technicians

- Evaluate performance of each team member.

- Training & develop team member.

1.Educational background:

- Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering

2. Experiences:

- Minimum of 3 years related industrial engineering experience, 1 year experience to supervise 3-5 IEs

- Good English communication and excellent in 2D/3D drawing

- Understanding about KAIZEN & LEAN manufacturing

- Drawing/ layout in 2D/3D AutoCad, Inventor…
