Fushan Won “BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN ASIA 2020”

On 1st July 2020, Fushan Technology Vietnam was honored at the award “Best companies to work for in Asia 2020” in a competition hosted by HR Asia Magazine – the most authoritative publication about Human Resources in Asia.

This prestigious international award is to evaluate and honor corporations with an outstanding working environment, high level of engagement, and satisfaction between employers and employees.

In 2020, there are thousands of big companies from 12 countries and territories in Asia (as HongKong, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Indonesia…) participating in this award.

In Vietnam, Fushan did successfully pass 3 rounds of evaluation and was selected as a winner among 308 participants. Fushan gained a great impression from the board of examiners about our long-term human-centered policies that enhances the employees’ engagement and company working environment. For example diverse training programs, frequent on-job coaching, think-out-of-the-box encouraging, job and project rotation, work-life balance… are key factors that lead to the complete satisfaction of Fushan employees.

During the difficult time of COVID-19, Fushan’s utmost priority is safety for employees. We do not only care about employees’ physical health but also their mental health. Besides punctual safety actions related to working environment and nutrition, there are lots of internal activities carried out to relieve employees’ stress: lucky gifts, loving messages, planting trees, confessions…
