What is Learning Culture meaning in our factory?

  • First, From Fushanโ€™s Vision and mission, we would like to become the world-class manufacturing service provider. The industry of manufacturing service is very competitive. How to reach and maintain the best position? We have to endlessly improve our cost, delivery, and quality to attract customers and get their trust. Continuous learning mindset and habits are the key factors to make ourselves better and better. We learn from our current work and keep doing Kaizen. We absorb the experience of our colleagues and managers and shrink our learning curve. We learning from inside or outside to maintain our knowledge advanced.
  • Second, we believe that all Fushaners are talented people of the country and they all have a strong incentive to keep going. A learning culture can help Fushaners make learning a habit and through relentless learning, Fushaners will become top talents and develop future careers.

Once we transform our mindset and develop the learning habit, we will grow up faster than the others. What we worry is Fushaners think they are good enough and what they are doing is the best. They lose the motivation to reach another level. This is why we promote learning culture and make learning become part of our life.

Some examples about our Learning Culture in factory

๐Ÿ‘‰ Learning is everywhere. Like when newcomers join, they have coach to lead them and support them learning on the job; Like some departments have weekly or monthly sharing. People can learn from the othersโ€™ experiences; Like we have toastmaster and Chinese class. Attendees can learn from teachers, from classmates and online resources. What HR is doing is to let people aware of the importance of learning, to make our learning system more organized and structured, to provide enough learning resources, and to transform people's mindset and develop learning habits.
