Building an effective communication channel in a big enterprise is not an easy job but FTV has been delivering a comprehensive and convenient system with multiple channels designed perfectly for both DLs and IDLs. These following practices are regularly held every months and quarter by the HR team to ensure clear communication.

Monthly Online Newsletter

The official channel to communicate with employees about company policies, organization changes & important updates, new joiner’s introduction, production result updates, internal recruitment information, etc. There are also many interesting sections for staffs to share their personal aptitudes & hobbies such as cooking, poem composing, painting, traveling or to share their different life stories & experiences. Additionally, there are many quiz & games on the newsletter with special winning prizes for staffs to compete & have fun with each other. FTV employees are always eagerly waiting for the Newsletter to be published in both online & offline versions each month. It has given people a lot of relaxing times reading these colorful, informative & attractive magazines, which are designed professionally by FTV HR team.

Communication Email

Communication team specialized email is used to inform & communicate with employees on any immediate announcements & information. Presented in both language version -English & Vietnamese, Comm Email has also become an effective tool for all company members including Leadership teams, Managers, Production Group leaders who would find it much easier to cascade any information to their subordinates.

“All-Hands Meetings”

The meetings where all FTV Indirect staffs would gather together and get to meet up with Factory Head and Leadership teams for any immediate organization level big announcements or strategy changes. This brings also good chances for employees to raise their voices & concerns towards Board of Management.

“Monthly Coffee Chat”

The meet-ups allowing randomly selected number of staffs to express their opinions to Management team a bit more straightforward and privately. And with “Skip Level Lunch”, FTV staff members also gain chances to comfortably discuss, chat and even have special cozy lunch meal with higher level Supervisors & Managers.
